Raw Mince and E.coli bacteria

I ordered a Kiwi Burger at the Occidental tavern in Wellington. The mince was all raw on the inside. The staff were good to me when I took it back.           BUT - E.coli bacteria (O157:H7) -ex undercooked mince meat. E.coli (STEC) Bacteria -ex undercooked mince meat. Salmonella Bacteria - ex raw meat
