Bighouse Holdings Limited trading as HaveYourSay.co.nz, provides the services contained in this site to you under the following terms and conditions.

This disclaimer governs your use of all parts of the HaveYourSay.co.nz website which is made available to you by Bighouse Holdings Limited. Your use of this site indicates your agreement with the terms set out in this Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.

This agreement is governed by the laws in force in New Zealand.

HaveYourSay.co.nz is intended for a New Zealand audience and we make no representation that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside New Zealand, and do not authorise access to them from territories where their contents might be illegal or prohibited under the laws of such territories.
